When I was in college it was easy. I had classes every day, but it was easy to fit it all in because I had more time. It's funny though... I only had 24 hours in a day and I still have the same 24 hours. But it's so much harder finding a balance for all 24 of those hours.
Don't worry. I understand life.
These Pinterest workouts don't look that hard, right??
I mean it's just a small goal. I can totally accomplish it.
This looks like I'm doing something right...
Oh and this looks like it will yield great results.
I mean, because honestly this is all I want.
I think Fat Amy had the right idea.
Real running is a struggle.
And by the time I do get a workout in, I'm starving.
No, but seriously...
I'm just going to take a nap real quick...
Alright, good. I've gotten some rest and I've figured out my motivation.
So I start heading to the gym right after work.
I be at the gym just working on my fitness.
He's my witness.
This is how well it's going though...
It's official. I'm just going to win at what I do best.
The real truth of the matter is, every person is different. Every body has different needs. Those needs will change based on each stage of life. It is important to listen to your body and your needs as they change. You are the only one in charge of your own wellness. That means you are in charge of your own fitness journey.
What I'm saying is....
Make time, or don't make time, the choice is completely yours. You know if you have 20 minutes to spend watching TV, on Facebook, playing a game, you have 20 minutes to do some crunches, pushups, burpees, or just anything that involves getting stronger. That's what being "fit" is about at any stage of life. Making a better, healthier, stronger version of yourself. You might ask why, and I'll tell you. You are worth it. You yourself are worth as much as any other person, start treating yourself like it.
